Okay, now that she’s starting to come together a little bit more in my head, I’m going to throw her out there for some storylines! Everyone? Meet Elizabeth Moreau. Beth for short.

Beth lives in Brooklyn as a homicide detective with her boyfriend (

odeus) and a lot of complications and drama where her personal life is concerned. She tends to throw herself into her work to escape everything going on at home.

Growing up, she lived in Wayne County, New York… Attica to be exact, and her father worked at Attica Correctional Facility as a prison guard, working his way up the ranks until he became Warden about five years ago. He was the reason she eventually became a cop. She moved out to Brooklyn after she got out of the Academy, and started working for the Brooklyn Police Department. She started out at the bottom, slowly working her way up the ranks until she finally made detective in homicide about a year and a half ago.

I could use pretty much anything for her. Co-workers, friends, family, etc. Any takers?

	I think we might be trying to work something out for them to work together in the same department, possibly even be partners! So I'm sure she'd know Evelyn, if that's the case. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Kal here is also based in Brooklyn. He's an undercover officer for the OCCB. Perhaps they've worked together, or at least run into each other before? (Reply to this) (Thread)

	so alex has been with the nypd for about four years. he started in chicago as a beat cop, moved to mounted and then was promoted to homicide about three years before making the move to new york. and that's his history in law enforcement in a nut shell lol (Reply to this) (Thread)

that he was! he made detective in chicago. but that works splendidly for me! he's a bit of a stick in the mud... or well he can be at times. he's pretty old fashioned. he and his family immigrated over from russia to chicago when he was 12 after his father died. ever since he's kinda kept to himself and always been a quiet person. he met ~evelyn at a bar one night and their one night stand turned into so much more. she found him at the precinct to tell him she was pregnant and now he's doing the right thing and helping her through the pregnancy (her parents pretty much cut her off when she told them).

Perfect! He could show her the ropes, she could irritate him with her very not by the book way of doing things. I think they'll get along famously, ahaha. And she'll feel for ~evelyn and think that everything he's doing for her is very noble, mostly because she's going through baby mama drama of her own... I'm having it so that she got shot probably not long after making detective... maybe like a month after she made it. And after all her therapy and healing, her boyfriend broke up with her and they were apart for like three months... in that time he got another girl pregnant but didn't find out until after they got back together again. So Beth is dealing with that drama, the baby's probably about 5-ish months old by now, since she's been back with her boyfriend about a year. Draaaaama!

gotta love the drama. his having a bit of a difficult time accepting that he has feelings for evelyn and vice versa because of the near decade age gap. it really kind of messes with his mind haha BUT if beth ever looked stressed he'd offer to go to the range with her? shooting a gun helps him relax and he just assumes it helps everyone lmao. and he'd also probably secretly want to hit her boyfriend over the head.

oh and alex was shot about a month ago during an investigation. at the time this happened i had someone coming in to fill his partner but they never app'd so if you want to say she was there that's fine!

	HA! She'd LOVE to go to the shooting range to work out stress. I think she probably does often, so that's awesome! They'd go all the time together. That works great for me! He'll have been there when she got shot, and vice versa. Perfect! (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
