i'm trying to finish fleshing out her biography, and i thought i'd come see if anyone needs a friend. she's 25, currently engaged to an amazing man, and moved to nyc the month after high school graduation. she never went to college, just jumped right into life as an adult. she moved to nyc with 5 of her friends (2 guys, 3 girls, all single) and they shared a one bedroom crackerbox apartment where she now lives with just her fiancé. i don't think anyone moved away for any kind of negative reasons, just migrated onward to other things (relationships, maybe some of them went back home, etc). i have her as being from nj around barnegat bay, so idk if anyone is from the jersey shore in that area, but i'd be okay with them having been internet friends for a long time (since jr high?) too. she's getting ready to get married, but doesn't really feel like she has any super close friends in the city anymore, so it would be neat to have her reconnect with someone maybe, guy or girl. if not, she works at the hilton in times square, second shift, and is occasionally the manager on duty. she's very kind and sweet, but can be high strung at times, though it's rare. she's mostly silly, would be a really good friend who would always listen and give any good advice she might have, and is probably too forgiving. she wouldn't judge anyone, though she wouldn't be remiss to point out if something they're doing is wrong or inappropriate or bad. i'd love to work something out!

Well ~wedded, I'm just having so much fun playing ~edevane here that I thought I would bring in another male character! This is Daniel Clapton, a writer (who writes a lot like Chuck Klosterman), played by Hugh Dancy. He's originally from Boston, Massachusetts, though now he lives in Manhattan. He's a past writer for Spin Magazine and writes a lot of memoir or pop-culture essays, but he's slowly getting into writing some fiction. He's a guy with a good head on his shoulders, loves to share a laugh or two over a drink (or coffee, if that is what you prefer) and despite the fact that he has a divorce under his belt, he remains optimistic about relationships and everything else that comes with them.
So this is a really brief rundown, but to find out more about him, his biography and facts are here if you'd like to read more about him! I'd love to work out some lines with everyone here! He's got an ex-wife from a few years back that is going to remain a NPC, but other than that I could use all lines! Friends, fellow writers, family, exes, flings, absolutely anything you need filled let me know and maybe we can work something out!

Been meaning to do this but here it goes.
This is Michael, only his girl gets to call him Ian which makes him grimace and grin all at the same time. He's 43, an engineer but one that views what he does as creativity with a purpose so he has just enough of an artistic temperament to get along just as well with creative types as he would academics. In fact maybe better because he's more likely to find academics a bit dull. He's sarcastic as hell but generally means well, was born in Hawaii but lived all over as a military brat growing up. He went to college at M.I.T and then moved to New York and that's been that, so he's been around the city for around 20 years. I am open to just about anything for him; friends, exes of all ages, drinking buddies, people he argues with just for fun, whatever.

hey everyone this here is camilla moretti, sister to ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) crrina and half owner of Godfather Cakes! her and her sister took over it, when her parents retired. they've lived in new york all there lives, and are from Brooklyn. she has an entire biography up in her journal, if you want to know more about her. she's twenty-four, and her sister i think is twenty-seven. LOL

Hello everyone,
I just app'ed this girl here and I was wondering if I could get some lines perhaps? First lemme tell you a bit about her.
This here is Izabelle Harper the second child of three in a failed marriage. Her dad split when she was three and her and her older brother have spent most of their time looking after their younger brother and helping their mom put food on the table. She's a pretty good girl, she's polite, respectful and sweet. She works as a waitress, goes to college on-line, and all while raising her 6 year old daughter Elisa. She had Elisa in her senior year of high school by a guy names Angel who's a member of the Latin Kings and currently in 6 of 8 years in the state pen (though he could get out early for good behavior if someone were interested in picking him up).

Her brothers: Luis (26) and Miguel (21)
The abusive ex: Angel (between 23-26 ish)
I'm not picky on pbs. I'd prefer her brothers to be either AA or Latino(their mom is PR their dad is Black).
Angel is Latino if that helps.
