after receiving a few comments asking about it, would you guys like us to allow (ONE) challenge per pb, so long as the hold seems to be inactive? majority will rule; all comments are screened.

thank you everyone for your input! after some consideration, we feel it is fairest to give everyone who has held thus far until first adds to apply. once holds are cleared out and first adds are done, we will be allowing for one challenge per PB, but only after adds are done. thanks guys!
