"I'm not sure how to bring it back out into the open without putting ourselves and others in danger, is the trouble. Like, things aren't horrible... yet... but they seem to be devolving and that makes me nervous. I feel like we need to intervene soon, but I'm still really not sure how." Tom shrugged.
