He snapped his fingers and the door opened. "It's bigger on the inside. Pocket dimension and all that."
The Doctor fiddled with the controls moving quickly around the room. he peered into a viewer set into the console. "There was this wonderful sunset you really should see." The TARDIS shuddered as it came to life around them. Steam billowed under a grate and a deep sound shuddered the entire vessel. "VWOOORP VWOOORP VWOOORP!!" The ship moved in timespace through it's self created wormhole.
The TARDIS rematerialized on a bluff overlooking the City. The door opened to the sight of a brilliant orange sunset.
"Aw that's not bad at all, Well only one star, but binary systems are a little harder on life. Told ya it was a nice sunset, was nicer the first time too. Reruns are like that, never quite as vibrant."
He leaned on the doorjamb of the TARDIS, looking at yesterday that was now today.
