Oh, no. Gert sighed and rolled her eyes skyward, as if asking the universe how it could be so cruel to her. "No offense, Mister," the teenager leaned forward to squint at the ID in an attempt to get the teacher's name. Her eyesight wasn't so good, though, and the best she could make out was a dark block of text. Oh well. "But schools don't really teach academics. They teach kids how to conform to a particular social framework. If I got anything useful out of it, I'd go, but I haven't in a long time."
