The way the man moved intrigued Matt, that casualness that was laced heavily with seriousness and promptness. It was also a very quick, very silent motion. If it hadn't been for the smack of flesh against flesh prompted by a soft grunt, Matt would never have seen the action at all. It made him smile a little in spite of himself.
Relief washed over him as the man turned and walked away. That easy sound of walking was one Matt was familiar with and be relished the commonness of it.
This time Matt was the one that followed, not yet finished with his examination. He paused alongside the Matt at the side of the building and turned his attention to the street though the words were not lost on him. The smile never left either.
"Humans find the horns intimidating, wether they're realistic or not. We fantasize about evil, what form it has. It might not make much sense to you but it's worked out for me so far. Why change it now?" He inquired, and then his simple faded at the part about actual devil-like creatures being here. "If there are any that wish harm I will find them."
