If anything, Peter Parker was resilient. He could handle things most couldn't, having impeccable balance and a sense of justice. Being as young as he was concerned some of the other heros he knew, Stark, Cap...all of them. He knew that was why they had never asked him to join the Avengers, not that it was that big of a deal. But to have to prove himself to the big guys didn't make him any happier. Though he would deal with it like he always did.
At present, loud music was blasting through the closed window and doors. It was cleaning day. He had the day off from work, it seemed appropriate to spend the day cleaning. It helped distract him from Eddie Brock, too. That was a thing in itself.
It was by the luck of the draw that Peter flung the door open to find the cleric standing on the stoop. A wide grin overcame him and he beckoned the other man inside, "Errol!!" Excited to see him, Peter hoped he was coming to visit for a while, as strange as it was. They weren't exactly an ideal match for friends, Errol was a bit stuffy and quiet where Peter was boisterous and active.
"Lemme turn this down," Peter shouted. Pulling out his cell phone, in two swipes of a finger the music died and left them in silence, "What brings you by today?"
