When she exclaimed outward on a breath, her words warranted anxious glance from the scientist. He was watching his dream come to fruition, he was seeing the climax of the experience coming to light and it was everything that he had hypothesized that it would be. He was glad. It made him truly happy to know that for once he could make a difference without someone dying because of it.
Finally he smiled as she reveled in the tastes she once more could sample. At her words, Bruce shrugged, "I'm not sure. You're right, this isn't a cure. Not by a long stretch. But this City isn't like a lot of other places. Some of the people here are at risk.." Bruce said, pausing for a moment in effort to be tactful. "...of becoming what you did. And then there are people like me and probably a hand full of others that aren't susceptible to it at all. So there is more potential out there than you think."
