Peggy usually didn't like being corrected. She was sharp as a whip, and twice as tough as any man, but she saved Alex the usual look she offered anyone that stood to correct her. Instead she said the word in its correct form, slowly, to ensure she got it, "Sauropsids." It sounded a bit strange with her accent, but she got it nonetheless.
"Does The City provide them with their nourishment? And what about adequate space?" She would hate to see such large creatures cooped up like zoo animals or circus elephants in spaces not meant for them. Such creatures deserved space to roam and some measure of freedom.
