Peggy watched the display above her, feeling awed like a small child would. She had never seen anything like it in her life and she suspected that not many had. It was something mythical almost, something someone might dream up on a good night of sleep.
"Would you mind if I tried?" Peggy inquired, offering a determined smirk. "If he's as you describe then perhaps he can be persuaded to come closer."
Turning her eyes back to the griffin, Peggy stepped a bit forward, "Excuse me, Crow. Would you be so kind as to come down? I have something shiny that might interest you if you're willing." She hoped it would be tempted. She really did have something to offer that the bird might like. Even if the creature just landed and was close enough to see, that would be gift enough.
