Logan offered the strange woman a word of comfort in Ukranian before she demanded more drinks, and hoped that for her sake her tolerance was as stout as was reputable from the Mother country. She was going to need a high tolerance at the rate she was going.
It was then Logan chuckled. He shook his head and squared his shoulders before offering the stranger his full attention, "Ain't anyone we know of and you ain't the only one this place has taken from where they were. Lot of people here in the same bind. Taken from their worlds and families. Me, I ain't gotta family so I ain't as broken up about it. But for ones like you it's gonna be harder ta cope. Ain't a way to get back or neither of us would be sittin' here."
All jesting aside, Logan sighed hard, "Hate ta hafta break it to ya, but the only way to survive is ta acclimate. To live here like ya would anywhere. City'll provide what ya need if ya ask, place ta live, food and drink, entertainment. Lotta people here, just about all of them don't mean any harm. Some do, though. I'd keep my eyes open."
