Helena wrinkled her nose at the man's glass and pulled the green drink back to herself. She drank quickly. The drinks were sweet and she liked sweet things but she was not drinking for sweetness right now.
She looked over at the man again. "I have lost my family," she said. "I drink for them. You make toast to people when you drink to them, yes?" She held up the green drink. "Make toast with me."
