An offer from the vein might have turned into a nightmare for the both of them. There were easier ways. Peter normally carried a syringe for emergencies. The bags had to be prepared, but if they helped, Peter was willing to provide as much as Aidan needed. It wasn't as though it would kill him.
But he did wonder what it might do to Aidan.
As he had said, the option needed to be explored.
"Do you want me to wait, to see if it helps?" It was up to Aidan. If the blood drive him into a frenzy, Peter was absolutely certain he could stop Aidan from hurting him, hurting anyone else. But it would be a terrible thing for the vampire to have to deal with. Peter preferred to stay, to help his friend through this, but he would understand if it was something Aidan needed to do privately.
