Steve settled the bike down and killed the engine, swinging his leg back over to dismount. He automatically offered his arm again, giving Peggy a smile when she accepted, and led the way into the building. It was a short walk up the steps, and he pointed out his apartment as they passed by. "I'm right here if you need anything," he said. "I don't know how your place will be, but mine was pretty well stocked. It even had your tea."
Her door was only another few feet down the hall. It was nice, knowing she would be that close.
