Had she said something to that effect, Logan would have taken the ego inflation. And he would have disagreed. For all of the things Logan was, he was not the soldier and all around honest man that Steve was. But he wouldn't argue with Giselle either. He couldn't possibly.
"It ain't so bad. Gets old after a while." Logan shrugged and ate the last of his food. The plate was empty, save for the specks of crumbs left over. The coffee was next, escaping down his throat in a gulp.
