"Yes, it's quite odd." Eric thought of the last time he'd seen the other Pam and Eric in one place. The four of them had had a mighty interesting time. And he'd just spent more time with the other ERic in an intimate way. He wasn't opposed to it, or the mirror of himself.
The older vampire sighed. A useless human show of exasperation. There were things about John that he wanted to change. He wanted the man to hunt, to feed, like a viking would. But he knew that pushing wasn't something that could happen, either. He would lose John, and he didn't want to lose his son.
"Follow me. I have something to show you." If the newborn wouldn't hunt, Eric would show him another way. Perhaps through this, John would learn that it wasn't worth it to be a good boy all the time.
"It won't be easy at first, I know that. I can't lie to you, and I don't think you'd appreciate it if I did. But you will have me, and you will have Pam. We will guide you and keep you from doing something you might regret."
