He felt his mate approaching, and the smile grew on his face. He was so proud of his find and he hoped that Eric loved it as much as he did. When Eric was within eyesight, Macklyn turned to him and watched the final approach, pleased that the other hybrid was taking so well to his new abilities.
It was a sweep of his arm that introduced Eric to the house initially. Leading the other man's eyes toward the squat little dwelling. The yard filled with flowers of various sorts and colors, a waist high garden statue angel in the center. The house itself was a light grey color and had on it a brown roof. The windows were all shuttered with unpainted wood, there was even a birdhouse hanging from the solitary, elegantly branched tree off to one corner, and a stone path that wandered from the gate of the fence to the front door in a scenic route.
