It wasn't usually very comoforting to hear that statement, but Castiel took it to heart this time, and nodded.
He watched curiously when Jesse ordered the different glasses, watching him move. He thought it was strange that he took the time to actualy do everything physically, but then, he'd found a certain comfort in the time it took to do things manually, without using his powers.
He looked at the bottle curiously, finishing off the last of what was in his glass, and slid the used glass back to the bartender. The whiskey he'd consumed already burned slightly in his stomach, in a pleasant way. It helped increase the already surreal situation, but he found that he was almost... enjoying himself. It felt strange and familiar all at once.
He nodded at the information about the world, and looked around. "It feels... strange. I have met people from many worlds here," he said, then let the subject drop. It wasn't one either of them seemed too interested in, though it was at least something to know he was no longer in a world of his creator's making.
