Leeloo quickly processed what Peter said and nodded just before he hugged her and let her go. She flashed a smile and then turned her curiosity toward the apartment. Shamelessly roving around, she put her fingers into this and that, turned over a bit of mail, opened the fridge, frowned at the stain shaped vaguely like a person, and then wandered into the bedroom.
The door opened, then, and Leeloo stuck her head out.
Evey looked different. Leeloo turned her head sharply to the side, looking very much like an orange-crested bird in that moment, then waved tentatively.
Evey looked... She had more weight on her, her skin was fresher, and there was a life in her eyes that Leeloo had never seen before. Then, Peter's best friend smiled and greeted her warmly. Leeloo beamed right back at Evey. Though she'd never seen Evey smile before - much less be pleasant - it was nice. Leeloo liked it.
