This wasn't how he wanted it to be. He wanted the comfort of yesterday with the two of them lounging around watching television while she pet his hair. They'd reverted back to their roles of boss and assistant and he was half tempted to fire her just so she wouldn't have this role to force them into to keep him at bay.
"I'll probably just end up doubling your salary for putting up with my shenanigans." Tony didn't think they'd ever get home. There were people who'd been here months and years and there were no signs of leaving. This was going to have to be their home for better or worse, and they'd just have to deal with it.
Did he really want to go home though? Tony kind of liked it being just the two of them without a world interrupting their quaint lives inside of his house. "Lots of them do not belong here, but here they've been for months, even years." And he needed to kick Jarvis' AI ass for letting her see that camera.
"You know if you stay here, I'm just going to call you all of the time, send emails and be generally annoying because I'm lonely in that big house of mine. Jarvis doesn't quite have that personal touch that you do."
