Logan had been about to turn the corner when a small voice and the scent of impending distress overwhelmed his motor skills.
Pausing, the mutant turned and saw street and sidewalk, before glancing down at the child standing next to him, "Lost?" She had a familiar scent of being out of her element, and the fact that she was asking for his help was a very big arrow pointing to the answer to that question.
Logan turned to face the child, before shaking his head at her, "No phone. Don't need one. But I can help ya out if ya need ta get home."
And the comment about his bones made him blink, "What'd you say? Can you see 'em?" Who was this kid? Mutant didn't worry Logan, he lived around and worked with enough to not be surprised. But she was young, and obviously alone. "They ain't broken. Have been over the years prolly, but never all at once. When I was younger 'n you it was all bone."
