At one point in his existence Logan had been a vampire, infected by a creature but his immune system had taken good care of that for him. No virus stood a chance against Logan's healing factor. Not the vampires, not the lycans, nor any typical mortal illness. He couldn't even get good and drunk, which was a downside.
Her accent rang in his ears and though his accent had long since gone, he was elated...tickled almost that she knew his language. He had been born to it and it had been his first, though his had differences than true French considering he wasn't from the country. He'd been there, but not born there. He didn't let his elation show to her, keeping a straight face for the most part, only offering her the faintest of grins. Perhaps then she could see the extended canines, but it was very non-threatening.
"You're welcome, mademoiselle," Logan breathed, a soft growl offered to the young woman.
He then shook his head at her next statement...question, knowing she hadnt seen him before, "Just rolled into town. No surprise you haven't seen me around before."
