Beauty watched Edward being wheeled away, and something tugged at her. She frowned, then found the square of silk she carried with her. It was quietly cream, with tiny red embroidered roses around the edges, and carried the faint scent of the same.
"If you could..." She extended the handkerchief to Bruce. "Just to remind him of his promise... If you could?" It was strange and difficult to give something so personal to the man who'd kidnapped her, but if he were indeed trying to make himself a better person than what he'd chosen to be, she wanted to encourage him. And she wanted, very much, for him to remember today.
"I'll let Fred know that you'll help. Where should I send her to find you?" She didn't want to tell Fred to come here, and that was evident in the way her dark eyes shifted back to the converted warehouse before returning again to Bruce.
