Bruce listened to her explanation, finding it to be more technical. He wasn't good with programming, or maybe he just didn't give himself enough credit, but he did understand what she was saying. He only hoped he was the right person to help her.
"It sounds like the City's programming has a glitch or a virus," Bruce said absently.
So caught up, Bruce hadnt even heard the soft sound of the wheel chair as it rolled towards him. He almost jumped as he caught movement in the corner of his eye and instinctively
Bruce put himself between Beauty and Edward, using himself as a shield, "Eddie! Don't do that!"
Edward smirked, and tried to peer around Bruce at the young woman he recognized, "I never thought I would have the privilege of seeing you again, Honour. The pleasure is all mine."
Bruce blinked at the man, and then glanced over his shoulder curiously at the woman, before returning his gaze to Edward. Bruce didn't move from between them.
Edward wore a hard cast on one leg and despite being dressed in normal clothes he still had stitches and bandages covering the wounds on his thigh and abdomen, and the faintest trace of a thin red line across his throat.
