"It would be just part of the solution, but yes, I do." Fred curled up a little on her end of the couch. She didn't curl up into a little ball, but she did seem to be comfortable.
"It's possible I'll have to link it to every computer in the City, or I may have to modify it." This was why she was nervous or wary. She didn't like telling the woman who depended on the vast machine, a link to her past, that it would be possibly taken apart and reconfigured in another way.
"I can't promise that I'll get it back to what it is exactly, but I'll do whatever I can to try to make it so. I don't know many places with this much computing power. I'm sure there are others, but the Clocktower would be a good place to start." She was being honest; Fred saw no reason to lie or give Dinah false hope. Friends didn't do that, not when they were dealing with something so very important.
