Patients that disappear into the depths should be given a reasonable funeral for the rest of the world, even if they've nobody to attend it. Jonathan should publicly speak out against the known crimes of the Nigmas, and he should forge a separation between himself and you, in the public eye. What Scarecrow does should be a flagrant antithesis to what Jonathan is. The asylum should be a bastion of mental health above all suspicion."
That was just the basics of what Hannibal saw. There were likely other, deeper, issues at hand.
