Jo noticed Beauty's discomfort and while it was foreign to her in some ways, she supposed she could understand on an intellectual level that not everyone would be comfortable with using a gun to protect themselves.
"There are certain body parts that you can shoot at to slow someone down but not kill them," she said, hoping that would soothe the woman's discomfort some. "Provided you don't leave them to bleed out, that is."
She nodded and opened her jacket just enough to show the handle of the gun that she usually kept concealed in there.
"You never know what's out there," she said with a shrug. "Would you like to go practice now? We could swing by my house and pick up the extra gun and then go to the shooting range to get a feel for it."
