She didn't know what River meant by saying that she was a 'weapon.' She studied the young woman who looked tiny and graceful, like a dancer as opposed to someone who could kill with her bare hands.
Then again, Dinah didn't exactly look capable of the things she could do either.
"You're human. We're all capable of hurting people. It's the choices that we make that matter. And this wasn't your choice. That should be the important thing."
Should being the operate word there. Dinah knew that it might not be that simple, but that wouldn't stop her from fighting to help simplify the matter.
