Veronica pushed her hair behind her ears and straightened up. The bag and the files were on the floor, now.
"Murdery goodness," she said.
And that was true. Since she'd inadvertantly gotten credit for bringing in River Tam, Veronica was sort of non-officially involved in murder investigations now for her internship. She had cold case files, ones that were pretty much dead in the water, and looked for more information on them. She also had more current, less-dead case files, including all the information there was on the Tam arrest.
"Many varieties."
Her eyebrow arched as she walked over to where Logan was situated.
