Reaching out, Alice took the sketches from Violet's hand, eyeing them curiously. "That's so interesting!" she exclaimed, tilting her head to the side to get a better perspective on the drawing.
"The... dumpster?" she looked around, wrinkling her nose, then tossed her head back and laughed. She liked this girl. And it didn't hurt that Violet was the first person she'd seen close to her own age. She felt automatically closer to her because of it. "I wouldn't have thought of it," she chirped. "That's brilliant."
