When Christine sat, Tink looked up at her with a radiant smile, so grateful that her friend had come to see her. Tink, of course, was wearing one of the dresses that Christine had given her for Christmas, one of her favorites.
Upon hearing Christine say that what she was going to tell the pixie was supposed to be a secret, Tink nodded almost in an exaggerated manner to show she understood. Girls kept secrets and Tink knew this to be true. "I won't tell anyone! Especially not any boys!"
She would keep Christine's secret for as long as she lived, or at least until Christine herself revealed whatever it was to whomever it was about. Patiently, the little pixie waited, looking at her friend eagerly, glad she came to share this secret with her.
