"My kinda girl," Tony responded with a satisfied tone, pulling her out and hoisting her under her arms. Not quite as easy as grabbing Barton by the equipment and flying straight up before chucking him at a rooftop, but he felt it wouldn't go over well if he tried to grab the equipment she did have.
"I'll take care of the glass. And get you in, then I'll go in with the big guns," he said. It was the only way they'd both get inside logistically. Any more planning, she was welcome to call the shots, and he'd do his own things anyway.
He moved fast, trusting that as a super hero she'd be able to handle the flight and wind. Lifting one arm under her and pointing up he hit the windows of the afflicted floor with a small missile, one just big enough to shatter the glass and shock and awe those who were inside. He didn't slow down too much as he approached, either, making a single pass and angling the suit so she could use it as a platform to make a jump that anybody with physical ability could master.
