He was smiling as she came to, grinning at her like the Cheshire Cat. "Well, Little Riddler, we both know that you're plenty capable of jumping around and doing fancy shit and I don't really feel like getting hit in the face today."
Jack stood and moved around her, partly to taunt and partly to make sure that his ropes were secure. He really actually didn't feel like getting hit in the face today.
"While I'm sure you're good fun, princess, you've been brought here because I think you need an intervention. It's come to my attention that you've been... oh, it kind of makes me sick to just say it... being good. That is such the wrong path for you to take. Freedom and fun lies in the direction of deviance. You were doing so well at it too. Piling up the bodies, robbing, who knows what else. But now you work at the opera? You live in a fancy tower with a fancy boyfriend? Enigma, I am ashamed."
Jack shook his head.
"We need to get you back on track, girly. So how about you tell your fun Uncle Jack just why you decided to do these horrible things. And while you're at it, tell him why you called him daddy, cause that's just perverse and admittedly a little fun."
