Lorne nodded, both grimly and sympathetically. He knew that there were people here who'd really been through it. Even what Fred'd survived was nothing compared to some of what he'd seen in his patrons. One man seemed to be from a world overtaken by zombies, for example.

He smiled at Annie. "Well, I'm very glad you're here, then!" he said brightly. "I think this place is good for some of us. It's not too different from back home, for me, but hey... a president named Doom? Sounds a lot like you've got a lot to be happy about."
