Well it was refreshing to know that he wasn't the only person that had been here for the first time, though he had a feeling that the patrons here were in this place for different reasons than he was, and that had been made obvious by what Pam had said about them earlier. "Well, at least I'm not the only first timer, then, huh?" He said, trying to be light hearted about it, but it was hard to be so in a place that seemed so dark.
"Everything. Why people are here, and what the point is behind everything." He said softly, still glancing around at the people and creatures that surrounded them, hoping she could hear him over the music. Clubs and bars were always so loud, it seemed, but that seemed to dull when one was intoxicated. Bruce couldn't remember the last time he had actually had anything to drink besides normal stuff like water.
When she mentioned killing the clientele, Bruce arched his eyebrows, but said nothing. This sure was an interesting place, and he wasn't sure how much longer he could last. It was beginning to get a little stressful, and he didn't want to be the one that would bring this place down if anything happened. He breathed out, trying to win control over himself, which he did, staying close to the petite woman.
Finally, he had a good idea of what this place was, it was a vampire bar of some sort, where people of all types came to revel in the mystery that was life after death, so to speak. This wasn't a good place for him to be at all, though he wasn't afraid of the vampires, they couldn't do him any harm. If anything, he was the dangerous one.
"What kind of a drink?" He asked, wondering if it was blood based, or if it was something different, special to the kind of the undead. Bruce had noticed that Pam's voice lacked tone, that it was simply flat and devoid of emotion, which of course was curious in it's own way, but it wasn't his place to push her. Especially not in a place like this.
