He wasn't familiar with what exactly someone holding up the doorway to a club was looking for as far as identification, and wasn't aware that just any item of ID would do to gain entry. This was the first time in over ten years that Bruce had even had the slightest interest in going into any sort of a place like that. So, making the logical choice, he had handed over his driver's license, hoping that would be adequate enough.
When she said his name, Bruce nodded and smiled a little at her, "Yeah, that's me." He said softly, as if it mattered at all. He was still getting a vibe from her that was both strange and fascinating, though he couldn't pick out exactly what it was or why it even mattered. She just seemed so out of place amongst the clientele and the atmosphere itself, though he hadn't even been inside of the establishment just yet, so his opinion was certainly biased and flawed.
When she pointed out that he didn't belong there, Bruce made a face and shook his head at her. Was he that obvious? He should've seen that coming. "No, not exactly." He replied, sighing softly, pushing the ID card back into his wallet, which he slipped back into his pocket where it belonged. "I don't think I've been to an actual club in almost ten years. Since college, really." He said, thinking back for a moment, trying to remember exactly. He had only had a handful of wild nights in his youth, so it should've been an easy recall for his active brain, and yet he couldn't pick it out exactly.
He had no idea what he was getting into, or that this place was prone to the children of the night and those that knew about what could happen in such places where they collided with human species. Bruce couldn't be bitten by a vampire without that creature exploding from the amount of radiation in his blood, so he wasn't too worried about that should the moment arise, but he had only had one encounter with a vampire during his stay in the City, the vampire Logan that had attempted to bite him and had then only the option of battling the Hulk. That hadn't gone the way Logan had wanted it to, and they had come to a sort of truce by the end of the fight.
When she asked him if he was curious, Bruce arched his eyebrows at her, "Maybe? What's there to be curious about?" He inquired softly, keeping his voice low just in case the people behind him didn't know or weren't sure. He had no idea what she was talking about, but now that she asked, he was curious...now he wanted to know what she was talking about.
