Bruce noticed that the kids in the particular group had been attempting to give the petite bouncer a hard time, considering they obviously weren't old enough to be considered prime targets for a club, much less any sort of scuffles, but of course what stopped the youth from doing as they pleased? Bruce noticed the blankness in the petite woman's features, as well, particularly in her face, as if she wanted to be some place more desirable than out on the street trying to fend off underaged people from the doorway of a club.
He found the fact that she was so tiny, yet so unafraid of the clientele to be quite interesting. He knew that there were unique people in this city, vampires, magic, things like that existed and perhaps she fell into that category. He wasn't exactly special, but he wasn't without his gift either, if you really wanted to call it that.
He watched as the group of kids scampered away with their metaphorical tails between their legs, as frightened dogs would, before glancing back at her. She seemed so normal, and yet so out of place there in that particular moment. The line shifted, as the group fled, earning Bruce a closer spot to the door, and to the fascinating woman that was guarding the entrance. The music was louder, and he could hear laughter from within the club, unsure what he was really doing there.
He was only a couple of people away, and it was both exciting and a little frightening, he tended to avoid places like this, but all things happened for a reason. Why Bruce was here, he had no idea, but he was sure that he would probably find out as the night progressed. He certainly was curious.
