He blinked at the tap to his nose. Not exactly the answer he'd been looking for. Though he wasn't quite sure what answer he was looking for. It'd been a long time since he tried to woo a woman, if that, indeed, what he was trying to do.
"You are really weird," he said in a burst of amused honesty. He shrugged, and shook his head. "I have no idea why I don't care about that more."
He looked through the leaves above him at the sky. He closed his eyes for a moment, letting his shoulders relax again. All he really wanted to do was get away. Get as far off this floating rock as he could.
It may have been her intention to get some sort of emotional charge from him. To have him talk about his situation with Zoe. To get him sad and mad and out of sorts again. But there was no help to be given about that. Not even the kind of help that involved naughty sensual activity.
He frowned a little.
"I appreciate your administrations, don't think I don't. It's not every day I get doted on by a pretty young girl. And, for some reason, you being around me is making me very relaxed. And that's very rare, too. But...I guess about the help thing..." he bit his lip, "do you think you could find me a ship?"
