"Because you like things just so?" Charlie knew people like that. He wasn't someone like that, maybe in the past but not anymore, not really. He had lost that luxury in prison, and he didn't fight to get it back, not exactly. He did have certain things he liked a certain way, but very few people were privy to such. Here in the City he hadn't needed his room; he was considering putting together a new one for the latest case. He'd even let Jennifer enter it.
"From what I understand she'd been here before it was a year or so later." He had been here the whole time, so he had no idea what it would be like to leave and come back. He would guess very disconcerting if the life left was desired rather than anything found in the City. Charlie missed Reese, but he was sure she'd be okay. Or he hoped she would be.
"Specialist. Dr. Brennan." He wasn't sure if the lab type knew the woman, but he had a feeling she'd be hard to miss.
