He shook his head at Christine, and offered her a small smile, "No no, you're exposed to Gamma radiation every day from the sun in small doses. It's the large quantities of it you have to be worried about." He explained, hoping she never had to know what it was like to be exposed to large amounts of radiation. He was the only exception to the rule that he knew of when it came to such exposure.
"Opera is sort of magical, I think. It takes a certain person to really understand and appreciate the depth of a good aria." He said, glad they were talking about music. He liked all types, but Opera was definitely one of his favorites.
He noticed that Christine really didn't have much to say about Enigma, and that was okay with Bruce. If she wanted to talk about it, she would, so he didn't push her or pry about it. What Enigma did wasn't any of his business, and whom she liked or didn't like was really up to her. He had no say so about any of that, and he was sure Enigma had a good reason for it.
"So, where did you come from, before coming here?" He inquired of Christine, curious as to where her origins lay. He had met a good many people, and they all seemed to come from different worlds, and even more strange different periods of time. It was almost a scientists worst nightmare, but he didn't worry too much about it.
