If he had ill intent, to conceal his identity by harming her or forcing her to secrecy, perhaps it wouldn't have been wise, but his heart was much too pure to wish such a thing upon anyone, and perhaps it was a slight bit naive, but he didn't care. The welfare of the city mattered to him, and if it took a reporter to protect the city from monsters, so be it. He hadnt met anything so far that could hurt him, he couldn't get sick and he definitely couldn't die (he'd tried already) so he had nothing to fear from anyone.
He shook her hand politely, before moving with her as she lead him. "Sure, that sounds fine." He replied in response to her asking if he liked pastrami, not really sure if he did or not.
He was going to give her a few options as to how to go about all of this, because this was definitely out of his comfort zone. He was alright with next to no one knowing his secret, and he had a feeling that she wasn't going to let him off so easy. But what had he really expected when he cast his line out for her. She was a reporter, after all.
