Tinker Bell sat quietly, wings fluttering now and then as she sat, feeling odd as the car began to move, and she sat still. She had been on boats before, and knew the sensation of motion, but the car seemed to move faster, and it didn't rock like boats did. That was different. When she heard Christine tell her to keep still and sit so she would be safe, Tink got close to Christine, and held onto her clothes so she wouldn't be thrown into the floor boards on case the car stopped suddenly.
She was a little scared at first, but the ride was easy, and she began to relax, enjoying the time spent with her new friend.
Tink wondered what kind of a house Christine lived in. She knew houses, but that was really the extent of her human knowledge. She hummed a fairy tune to herself, the soft chime of bells echoing through the car.
