"I'm happy to compile a list, Miss," Jarvis said, running up a preliminary list on one of the side screens.
Tony didn't overtly smile when she lit up, that wasn't his style. His eyes were brighter, though. He liked that she worked out the USB bit after a moment's pause, and then that she appreciated it.
"Well. Every good inventor has a private catalog and backup of their work. This one can be yours," he said, pausing. He was getting over his distaste of being handed items from her, and this wasn't unexpected. He was mildly aware that it wasn't the boss-like thing to do, but he didn't care, and it would probably please her all the more. He slid off the table and stepped half a step closer, still keeping their two bodies appropriately distanced, and carefully put the necklace around and clipped it. He nodded, happy with the length, though honestly he'd just as much cared if she'd grimaced, tried and failed to hide the emotion, and pocketed it to be turned into a tolerated keychain later.
"Not half bad," he remarked. His usual style in fashion or gifts wasn't street side chic, but she was bubbly and had the personality for the non diamond-and-titanium exclusive accessories that looked cheap on anybody else, but fitting and enjoyable on her.
"You know, in addition to being the longest employed here, you might soon be senior to somebody. A peer from my world popped up here... brilliant scientist and not bad at innovation either. Then we can start an employee of the month program."
"We had one of those, sir. You kept awarding yourself," Jarvis reminded him. Tony made a face.
"I was the only one making regular progress," he argued. "At least with Annie and Bruce somebody will be rising to challenge that." He nodded to the arm. "Especially if you keep exercising your skills without your powers. You'll be one of the City's top tech dogs in no time."
