Tony was pleased. It had taken some amount of work, but he now had Stark Tower wired up and down to be the ultimate climate and geographical monitor in the City. He could check anything he wanted about the City, other than working on the map of the buildings themselves, but if it was particulates, radio waves, or radiation, it was picked up by Stark's new exterior panels and recorded in his mainframe. Tony didn't have any clues to indicate this was necessary, but it was part of an ultimate upgrade for the building that would prepare it for anything Tony could conceive of.
Now, though, it was time to get back to the drawing board. And, as Jarvis reminded him, to check in with the only employee in this world who had access to the R&D levels.
He walked into the lab, dressed casually in a pair of jeans and a graphic T shirt, a small gift he'd grabbed on a whim in his hand, still in its original box with only a simple bow wrapped around it.
Spotting the girl and the arm that had almost utterly abandoned him to work with its new crush he walked over, hopping up on the worktable and reaching across to grab one of the screws she requested before leaning over to inspect the work she was doing.
"God, you're making another? Dummy isn't even housebroken yet," he smirked, putting the box down on the side away from her. He'd let her wonder about it for a moment. Mostly, though, he wanted to see her work. He hadn't been able to observe as much as he wanted to.
