It warmed his heart to know that he mean something to her, and of course she meant a great deal to him as well. It was almost frightening how much she meant to him in the short time they'd known each other. He definitely wasn't complaining however and he wouldn't have changed anything if given another chance.

He probably didn't hurt her like this. God knew she didn't deserve an ounce of pain. His eyes swam with green, emotions spiraling out of control. He closed his eyes and breathed, trying to calm himself, finally able to get back into check. The brown has prevailed, and he opened his eyes looking at her.
