The crone followed the doctor in and paused to turn back to her husband. Her head tilted tightly as she gave it a thought. Her lips curved, teasingly and cruelly, as if she were considering leaving the tall man outside, leave him there to listen to the fun that was being had within the house. She laughed softly, meeting his eyes without fear.
"Do join us. Come right in, my liege. Would you like to enter here? You are welcome to cross the threshold." Her head tilted the other way, and the smile had not faded. It wasn't exactly a secret that Eric was the sort of vampire who could not pass into a house without permission. It amused her to torment him in this way.
"This is for you," she held her hand out to the Viking. There were barriers even her power couldn't break. Though she could make the place her own as she'd done in other places.
