Errol smiled warmly at Beauty. "I thought I'd pick up breakfast on the way over. And thank you." He took a sip of the coffee and noticed the fruit. "But I see you have that taken care of." He took a slice of kiwi, savoring it. "They should go well together, though."
He leaned against the counter. Errol was better at small talk than he used to be, though he made no effort at it if he didn't see the need, content to stay silent and listen. But his body language was different than it used to be, or with customers walking in and out just yet. He was at ease, happy to enjoy the store, breakfast, and Beauty's company.
