Engima worried at her abused lip when he mentioned the lake house, before a thrill went though her at the idea that he was going to take her to his home rather then send her back down into the shadows. Granted, it wasn't quite the way she had in mind, but any chance to be closer to Erik was fine.
She gave a low curtsey, closing her eyes against the sudden rush to crumple against the floor, rising back up with all grace and elegance, doing her best not to betray her weak state. “I would be honored,” she said softly, a small, secretive smile on her lips.
She would have to get a hold of Doctor Crane, to see what the mad chemist could create to help her overcome her illness. The pair were rarely on speaking terms, but he was an asset and a genius, neither she could dismiss at this moment. Their eternal bitch fight put on hold for a moment, if she could find something that would entice him to help her...
Perhaps she could help him with some of his...extra curricular activities. After all, Jonathan didn't always need to kill with his toxin, to get his release.
She dismissed these thoughts, turning her attention back to the men before her. She nodded to Erik's assistant, taking the man's arm, and with a final look over her shoulder to Erik, she turned away, hiding in the shadows of her cloak, all but clinging to the man escorting her.
