Jo eyed the offered arm for a minute, still not sure what to make of Christian's formal manners. It was charming, but a little awkward for someone who had spent most of her life around hunters who generally had the manners of your average wild bear.
She did accept the arm and bit her lip to keep from pointing out that it might be a good thing that he wasn't acquainted with the hosts. She did shoot a look to Fred, wondering just how much Fred had told him. Jo had already decided that it was her job to keep an eye on Fred and Christian tonight, and she would certainly do so.
"Eric runs-ran-Fangtasia, a bar which just recently got combined with my bar, the Roadhouse." Jo offered by way of giving a little bit of information about one of the hosts of this soiree.
She couldn't help but look around in awe as they entered the castle. It was creepy, to be sure, but it also had a haunting beauty to it. Then again, a lot of deadly things came wrapped up in beautiful packages.
